Post Doc researcher at NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan (Italy) and Visiting Scientist at the Italian Institute of Technology, she holds an International PhD in Bioengineering and Robotics (Cognitive Robotics, Interaction and RehabilitationTechnologies). She received her Master’s degree in Philosophy at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a thesis concerning the relation between the aesthetic object and the spectator. After a period of research on the artwork in Virtual Reality and the bodily dimension in the digital realm, her project is currently focused on the concept of Self, Artificial Self and subjective experience for artificial agents. She was also a visiting researcher at The University of Memphis (TN, USA) during the 2023 spring and fall semesters and visiting researcher at The University of Tokyo (JP) in the 2024 spring semester.
