The IIT Foundation has adopted a Code of Conduct and Code of Scientific Conduct, valid both with regard to the objectives set in the Organisational, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as for purely scientific activities.

The Organisational, management and control model adopted by IIT, most recently also updated in view of the National Anti-Corruption Authority Decision (Decision no. 8/2015) with the adoption of the relevant additional section relating to the provisions set out by Law no. 190/2012 and, to the extent compatible with the activities carried out, to various measures on transparency, as set out in Legislative Decree 33/2013, is available for download at the link below in conjunction with the Code of Conduct and Code of Scientific Conduct.
